We value ...
1. Others! So that we are willing to share our lives and our faith with them.
2. Intimacy with God expressed in worship (where people experience his presence, celebrate his glory and understand his will); expressed in small group fellowship; and expressed personally in a daily walk with Christ.
3. Connecting with others in transparent or GLASS* relationships
(*Grace-filled, Loving, Authentic, Safe and Secure).
4. Growing people growing people: Growing people who help others to be growing people and each one becoming like Christ.
5. Our God-given gifts and abilities to be used to serve others.
6. Reproducible excellence in every level of our service to God and others.
7. Variety and flexibility in our methods while upholding sound doctrine.
8. Being and building a local church of The Salvation Army.

Jesus said, "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." (Matthew 6:19-21)
